Dr. Abdul Rahman Agha El Kinge is a highly respected medical oncologist and hematologist currently serving as Consultant, Medical Oncology and Head of the Oncology & Hematology Department at NMC Healthcare in Sharjah, UAE. With over 18 years of experience in the Middle East, he is widely recognized for his expertise in cancer management, hematologic disorders, and patient-centered oncology care. Dr. El Kinge specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors including breast, gastrointestinal, liver, lung, pancreatico-biliary, genito-urinary, sarcoma, and brain cancers. He also has extensive expertise in hematologic malignancies, coagulation disorders, thrombosis, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and chemotherapy management. Patients and peers value his evidence-based and personalized approach toward cancer treatment and supportive care. He completed his medical degree and postdoctoral training in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. He further refined his expertise in breast cancer under mentorship at the renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center. Apart from clinical practice, Dr. El Kinge has held important academic and leadership roles. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, certified by the European Society of Medical Oncology, and serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Sharjah. He has also contributed to residency training programs and international oncology research initiatives. Additionally, he chairs the International Oncology and Supportive Care Congress held annually in Dubai, reflecting his active role in advancing oncology practice and medical education in the region.
