Dr. Tarang Patel

Dr. Tarang Patel is a highly experienced Breast and Cancer Surgeon with over two decades of dedicated practice in surgical oncology and breast disease management. He currently serves as Senior Consultant Breast & Cancer Surgeon at EPIC Multispecialty Hospital, Ahmedabad (since July 2024) and has been a Senior Consultant at CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad since 2016, where he is actively involved in advanced breast cancer surgery and multidisciplinary oncologic care. Earlier, he was the Director and Consultant Cancer & Reconstruction Surgeon at Shrey Hospital, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad (1998–2016), where he played a key role in establishing comprehensive surgical oncology and reconstructive services. Throughout his career, Dr. Patel has been deeply engaged in advancing modern breast cancer management, including breast conservation techniques, oncoplastic surgery, and evolving approaches to axillary management, while contributing to patient-centered cancer care and surgical innovation in the region.
