He has an experience of 30 years in this field. He completed his MBBS from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai in 1990, diploma in child health (DCH) from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai in 1992 and DNB in paediatrics from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai in 1993. His areas of interest include pediatric nutrition, pediatric infectious diseases, pediatric asthma, and vaccinology. He has been a speaker at various academic conclaves and national conferences.
