Dr. Rajesh Kesari is a distinguished Diabetologist with over 23 years of clinical experience, currently serving as the Consultant Diabetologist and Director at Total Care Control, where he oversees both the main centre and the Indirapuram branch. A committed advocate for diabetes awareness, he has led numerous community education initiatives, including large-scale diabetes camps. Dr. Kesari is a Member of the Governing Council of RSSDI (Delhi Chapter) and serves as the Treasurer of the Kautilya Foundation, reflecting his leadership in public health and policy conversations. His previous roles include Consultant Diabetologist positions at Apollo Clinic, East of Kailash, and Jeevan Anmol Hospital, Mayur Vihar, further enriching his extensive experience in diabetes care and patient management.

Dr. Rajesh Kesari completed his MD in Medicine from Odesa State Medical University (1996), where he was actively involved in diabetes care and community health initiatives for underserved populations. He further specialized in diabetology with a Diploma in Diabetes Management from Apollo Medvarsity, Hyderabad (2008–2009), complemented by hands-on clinical training at Apollo Indraprastha Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Kesari strengthened his expertise through the Postgraduate Program in Diabetology from The Johns Hopkins University, gaining advanced insights into global best practices in metabolic and endocrine medicine. His academic journey began at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Andrews Ganj, where he completed his schooling from 1979 to 1986, laying the foundation for his long-standing dedication to healthcare and medical education.
