Dr. Deepak Kumar is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of General Medicine and Infectious Disease at AIIMS Jodhpur. He earned his MD from Dr. S. N. Medical College, Jodhpur, and has been a faculty member at AIIMS since 2019, advancing to his current role in 2022 . A recipient of the prestigious Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) fellowship, Dr. Kumar leads the institute’s specialized infectious disease clinic and contributes to the ART center . He is actively engaged in patient care, medical education, telemedicine initiatives, and clinical research aimed at improving infectious disease outcomes in regional and rural populations . Dr. Kumar’s work reflects his commitment to delivering low-cost, accessible, and high-quality healthcare in a premier academic setting.
