Professor, Adhiparasakthi Dental College & Hospital, Tamil Nadu

Dr. T. Maheswaran, an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of dentistry. A Gold Medalist in BDS (2005) and MDS in Oral Pathology & Microbiology (2009) from Pondicherry University, he also holds an MBA in Hospital Management from Alagappa University. Dr. Maheswaran has been a dedicated faculty member at Adhiparasakthi Dental College & Hospital, teaching undergraduate students since 2009 and mentoring postgraduate scholars since 2015. His research journey is equally distinguished—he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Forensic Odontology at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research and has received prestigious honors including the Inspiring Oral Biologist Award (2024) and the Senior Researcher Award (2025). With 32 publications, over 850 citations, 16 scientific presentations, and multiple best paper awards, he also serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for reputed journals. Dr. Maheswaran’s contributions extend beyond academics through his active involvement as a life member of multiple professional associations, making him a true leader and role model in oral pathology and dental research.
