About the Webinar

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) management has evolved significantly with newer evidence-based updates focusing on early diagnosis, personalized therapy, and prevention of disease progression. Recent guidelines emphasize optimized use of long-acting bronchodilators, dual and triple inhaler therapies, and a more selective role of inhaled corticosteroids based on exacerbation risk and eosinophil counts. Non-pharmacological strategies such as pulmonary rehabilitation, smoking cessation, and vaccination remain central to improving outcomes. Advances in inhaler technology, digital monitoring, and tele-pulmonology are also transforming long-term disease management. These updates aim to reduce exacerbations, improve quality of life, and support clinicians in delivering more precise, patient-centered COPD care.
