Dr. Refai Showkathali is a highly experienced cardiologist with over 22 years of practice, currently affiliated with Apollo Hospitals Greams Road, Chennai. He specializes in advanced interventional cardiology, including complex procedures like CHIP PCI, laser and rotational atherectomy, and zero-contrast PCI for high-risk kidney patients. He is also an expert in structural heart interventions, such as TAVI, TMVR, and pacemaker implantation. Dr. Refai spent 14 years working in renowned UK hospitals before returning to India in 2014.
