Dr. Varun Renukappa is a dedicated clinician with extensive experience across family medicine, internal medicine, and critical care. He is currently pursuing his Family Medicine Residency at Memorial Medical Center, Las Cruces, New Mexico, where he continues to strengthen his expertise in holistic and community-centered healthcare. Prior to this, he served as an In-house Specialist (MD – Internal Medicine) at Even Health, Bengaluru, where he focused on preventive care, medical guidelines, and patient-centered practice. His earlier tenure as Registrar in the Intensive Care Unit at Columbia Asia Hospitals provided him with significant hands-on experience in managing critically ill patients and performing essential procedures, particularly during the demanding COVID-19 pandemic period. Dr. Renukappa also contributed to medical education as a Senior Resident at Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, where he enjoyed teaching and mentoring medical students and postgraduate trainees. His professional journey began at Tricog Health, a healthcare start-up, where he developed strong ECG interpretation skills and gained exposure to technology-driven clinical innovation.
