Dr. Mario Antony is an accomplished academic and clinician in the field of Emergency Medicine, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Academic In-charge at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (KVV) “Deemed to be University” in Karad, India. With over 5 years of experience, he is a key member of the team that established a state-of-the-art Emergency Department at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, a 1100-bed tertiary care hospital serving the rural population of Western Maharashtra. Dr. Antony has played a vital role in launching the institute’s first MD Emergency Medicine program. Prior to this, he was a Senior Resident at Fortis Healthcare, Mumbai, where he completed his DNB in Emergency Medicine, and he is currently pursuing his MRCEM with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK. Along with his clinical role, Dr. Antony is a passionate educator, mentoring students and clinicians and is a National Faculty member for PediSTARS India. He is also the co-founder and director of Gratia Academy, an institute offering courses in OET, IELTS, and communicative English. His broad expertise spans emergency care, resuscitation, medical education, and communication.
