Sravan Kumar is a highly accomplished healthcare quality and hospital administration professional with extensive expertise in accreditation, patient safety, performance improvement, and healthcare excellence frameworks. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), he has played a pivotal role in driving operational transformation and quality initiatives across healthcare organizations in India, UAE, Kazakhstan, and Oman. With strong experience in JCI accreditation, Dubai Quality Award (DQA), EFQM Excellence Model, CAP accreditation, and ISO 15189 standards, Sravan has successfully led multiple accreditation surveys and mock assessments with exceptional outcomes. He was instrumental in achieving the prestigious DQA Gold Award for Zulekha Hospitals and has served as a Team Leader Assessor for DQA, MRM, and the UAE Innovation Award. Known for his innovative and results-driven approach, Sravan has led several impactful quality improvement initiatives, including FMEA projects that significantly improved hand hygiene compliance, reduced infection rates, and generated substantial operational savings. He also developed the “ZULEKHA” performance improvement model, leading numerous successful healthcare optimization projects. In addition to his leadership in healthcare quality, Sravan Kumar serves as a visiting faculty member for Healthcare Management programs at Geneva Business School.
