Starting as Chief Medical Resident at SBHHS, he later earned an MPH in Health Management and Policy from New York Medical College. He oversees SBHHS's digital transformation, focusing on health technologies, EHR integration, and patient engagement solutions. A key member of SBHHS’s COVID-19 pandemic command center, Dr. Barmecha has contributed to telehealth publications and serves on various healthcare advisory boards.
